This is likely a case of premature speculation since the two cases are under appeal and likely to be won, since based upon historical administration judicial record's an administration tends to win 70% of the time. The notable exception is lying-Donald's administration whose overall win ratio was something on the order of 17%. Even if the Biden administration looses on appeal, it is a bit overblown to say "everything he touches turns to rust."
On the subject of turning things to rust, the Biden administration has now passed two major bills (one more than lying-Donald) both of which will eliminate a lot of rust in our country and continue to make President Biden the job creating master.
